1 Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to the nbazee platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be met at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the service.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or accessing any real-money feature on the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Each individual may maintain only one active nbazee account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current or former employee of nbazee, or an immediate family member of such an employee, unless explicit written consent has been granted by nbazee management.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• nbazee reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend an existing account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, if eligibility criteria are not met or if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or harmful intent.

2 Account Verification (KYC)

nbazee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time during the account lifecycle.

• Players must submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued National Identity Card (NID) to confirm age and identity.
• Proof of ownership of the mobile wallet account used for deposits and withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may be required.
• nbazee reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation if initial verification is inconclusive.
• Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended until the process is completed.
• All documents submitted are processed and stored in accordance with the nbazee Privacy Policy. Personal data is never sold or disclosed to unauthorised third parties.
• Providing false, altered, or fraudulent identity documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

nbazee supports deposits and withdrawals via the following verified payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and processed at Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits are displayed on the wallet page and may be subject to change.
• Deposits are credited to the nbazee wallet within 60 seconds of successful mobile wallet transfer under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals to verified bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or routine security checks.
• Withdrawals will only be approved to the same payment method used for the original deposit, and only to a wallet registered in the verified account holder's name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• nbazee does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your mobile wallet provider are the responsibility of the account holder.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to a player account, nbazee reserves the right to reverse the erroneous transaction. The player is obligated to report any such error immediately upon discovery.
• nbazee reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or compliance with its responsible gaming obligations.

4 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

nbazee offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, as well as the general conditions set out below.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in the player wallet. Unless otherwise stated, real-money funds are wagered before bonus funds.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one active bonus may be held at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.

5 Game Rules and Sports Betting

The nbazee platform offers a range of gaming and betting products including online slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other international events.

• All casino games on the nbazee platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• Sports betting odds are set and updated by nbazee's in-house trading team. Odds are subject to change without notice up to the time a bet is confirmed.

• nbazee reserves the right to void any bet placed in error (including incorrect odds caused by a system error), or any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation, insider information, or coordinated fraudulent wagering.
• The settlement of all sporting events is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Subsequent changes to official results due to appeals are not taken into account unless nbazee expressly commits to doing so for a specific event.

6 Responsible Gaming

nbazee is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides the following tools, which are available to all account holders free of charge and can be activated through account settings or by contacting support.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may configure session duration alerts and automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications informing the player of the duration of their current session and net gaming result.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Operating or participating in the operation of more than one nbazee account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider betting.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to nbazee immediately.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the player without prior dispute resolution through nbazee support channels.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing nbazee staff or other platform users.

Where an account is suspended due to prohibited conduct, nbazee reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If an investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be permanently forfeited. Players who believe a suspension has been applied in error may raise a formal dispute through the support channel within 30 days of the suspension date.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the nbazee platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, page layouts, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of nbazee or its licensed game and content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants any player a licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content.

• The nbazee brand name, logo, and associated marks may not be used in any public communication without prior written consent from nbazee.
• Game assets (including game sounds, animations, and artwork) remain the property of their respective third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and are protected under their own intellectual property terms.
• Unauthorised scraping, data extraction, or systematic copying of platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

• Your continued use of the nbazee platform after revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

• nbazee will maintain an archive of previous versions of these Terms, which are available upon request.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are drafted in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any dispute between a player and nbazee, the following process applies.

• Players must first submit a formal complaint to nbazee support at [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the outcome they are seeking.
• nbazee will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
• If a resolution cannot be reached through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under consumer protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the terms as published on this page. nbazee does not make representations as to the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their place of residence. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to access nbazee services.
